RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Products Manufactured by DarkSide Collectibles Studio
- Except for the following cases, the delivered well may be returned or exchanged due to its defect or initial malfunction by giving e-mail to the Company (e-mail address: orders@dsc-studio.com) within 30 days after the receipt by the member who purchased goods or the addressee of the goods (collectively “the Addressee of the goods”). The Company shall judge any defects or initial malfunction of the goods at its discretion. If the Addressee of the goods wishes to return the goods due to his/her/any circumstances, he/she shall bear damage fees and round-trip shipping fees for return of the goods.
- (1) 31 days have elapsed after delivery of goods
- (2) no e-mail has been sent to the Company regarding return or exchange within 30 days after the receipt by the Recipient.
- (3) the goods were purchased via other websites or parties than the Company
- (4) any other person or entity than the Recipient requests to return or exchange
- (5) the Company received the request of return or exchange by shipping from any other areas than the delivery area/country at the time of purchase of goods
- (6) the member registration has already been deleted
- (7) damage, defect, breakdown, dirt, incomplete occurred due to the Recipient’s responsibility after its receipt of goods
- (8) breakage, dirt, incompleteness of packing material, package, carton box occurred in the course of return of the goods
- (9) damage, defect, breakdown occured in shipping on non insured orders by receipients. Recipient is responsible for adding the optional insurance cost.
- (10) the Company judged no defects or initial malfunction of the goods(11) any other cases when the Company judged as inappropriate
- If the Addressee of the goods wishes to return or exchange, please contact the Company by email (e-mail address: orders@dsc-studio.com) notifying the serial number, order number, and the name and the details of the goods to be returned or exchanged. After the receipt of its e-mail, the Company will examine the defects and will give notice on the examination result to the Addressee of the goods. The Addressee of the goods may not return or exchange the said goods unless the Addressee of the goods receives the e-mail regarding the acceptance of return or exchange from the Company.
- Under certain circumstances such as lack of goods and so on, the Company may not exchange the defects goods with substitute goods. In this case the Company shall refund the money for the price of the said goods.
- The Addressee of the goods may request the Company of return or exchange of goods by shipping from the region/country at the time of purchase of goods.
- The goods are packed in our original package (dressing box) and carton box for the purpose of protecting goods. For the damages of the original package or carton box, their package or box and the goods may not be returned or exchanged.
- After the Addressee of the goods received e-mail from the Company as described in paragraph 2, it shall return the defect goods to the Company’s designated place in the same condition of the package as delivered to the Addressee of the goods address. If your order has a manufacturer defect, or if an incorrect item is shipped to you, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
In case of a manufacturer’s defect please note that the solely responsible is the manufacturer who is obliged to send guidelines for each claim case.
As most of our items are Limited Editions there may be a possibility of the item not to be available for replacement.
Νote that all returns/exchanges must be sent to us and received within 14 (Fourteen) days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, outer shipment box as well as in a double boxed shipping carton, if this is how it was sent to you. Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be assessed a damage product fee.
We will not replace / exchange brown outer shipping cartons or base an exchange solely on the style of shipping carton you received. The shipping cartons are made to shield the item inside from damage during the shipping process and are not considered a part of the item’s packaging.
Returns are accepted even if you have changed your mind. The product must be returned factory sealed as received otherwise it will not be accepted. Actual shipping costs are not refundable even if the product has been offered to you with free shipping. The customer is responsible of return shipping costs including insurance. A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply for all returns.
CANCELLATIONS
IN STOCK ITEMS
If you have placed an order for IN-STOCK items and wish to cancel it, then you must send us directly an email at sales@dsc-studio.com
IN-STOCK items ship out within 1-7 working days of placing your order with us. If the product is already in route to you then you will be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.
Flex Pay In Stock Items: In case of cancellation of your order a 30% of the value of the product will apply as Non Refundable cancellation penalty.
In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Τo secure your Pre-order will require a non-refundable deposit. This non-refundable deposit as well as the amount required will be clearly stated prior to check out.
Flex Pay Pre Order Items: The Non Refundable Deposit associated with the product will be charged in case of cancellation of your order (Typically 30% of the value of the product).
In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees
Customers who have a pre-order with us will receive an invoice with the remaining balance & shipping (if the shipping is already paid then we need to verify the dimensions of the product and if any difference applies then you will be notified accordingly) when the item arrives in our warehouses. If you no longer wish to receive your order, we ask that you please cancel it as soon as possible through email at sales@dsc-studio.com. The non-refundable deposit is the cancellation penalty for pre-orders cancelled during this time frame.
Otherwise if you have already paid the total amount and you have not cancelled your order with us by the time your order leaves hence the shipping process has already began then you will additionally be responsible for any and all shipping fees and package return fees.
FLEXPAY ITEM CANCELLATION FEES
Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, DarkSide Collectibles Studio will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is cancelled by the customer.
Flex Pay- Pre. Order Items: The Non Refundable Deposit associated with the product will be charged in case of cancellation of your order (Typically 30% of the value of the product).
Flex Pay – In Stock Items: In case of cancellation of your order a 30% of the value of the product will apply as Non Refundable cancellation penalty.
In all cases of cancellation of your flex pay order an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the product will apply on top of the already placed Non Refundable Deposit fees
If you already paid a NRD (non-refundable deposit) and then you decided to go with an installment plan, that will serve as your cancellation fee.
By choosing the Flex Pay option when placing your order, you will be agreeing to pay any applicable cancellation fee. This is clearly noted on the item’s ordering page as well as during check out. We strongly suggest that you read the terms before agreeing to the contract. By choosing ‘Flex Pay’, you agree to pay any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Credit card companies or any other financial institution (i.e. Paypal) submitting a dispute to DarkSide Collectibles will be given a copy of this legal agreement, which results in a dismissal of the dispute. Also, any accounts with pending charge backs will be disabled to avoid further billing and shipping issues while all concerns are resolved.
REFUNDS
If we required making a refund to you then we will generate a refund coupon.
If we required making a refund to you as a result of a mistake of ours or because you changed your mind then we will generate a refund within 1-5 working days and if we ask you to return the product then the refund will take place after receiving the item into our warehouse. We retain the right to refund the customer via whatever method is deemed appropriate. In most circumstances involving credit card transactions, we will refund to the credit card account used to purchase.
Credit card companies may take an additional 7 to 21 days to reflect the credit in a customer’s account. If we confirmed a refund to your credit card account but the amount has not registered in the account itself, we suggest that you contact your credit card company for more information.
